Our Grade A Industrial RDF Pellets deliver between 4,600 and 5,200 kcal/kg, comparable to medium-to-high grade sub-bituminous thermal coal. Our shredded RDF fluff delivers between 3,800 and 4,400 kcal/kg depending on polymer and biomass ratios requested by the client.
We process all commercial resin codes: PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate, 01), HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene, 02), PVC (segregated for specialized non-fuel lines, 03), LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene, 04), PP (Polypropylene, 05), PS (Polystyrene, 06), and multilayer flexible laminates (07 Other), which are converted into high-energy RDF.
Excess chlorine causes coating build-up and ring formation in kiln preheater cyclones. We deploy high-speed optical chlorine rejection sensors and manual bypass screening to eliminate PVC and chlorinated polymers, guaranteeing our finished Grade A RDF remains strictly below 0.8% total chlorine content.
